Over the past 25 years we have had over 250 security company sale engagements. Many of the transactions were not publicly announced; the ones announced through a press release can be found within the listings on our World Transactions page.

Our typical client is the owner of a privately held security company with annual revenues between $2-$200 million. We also have managed the sale of corporate divestments and consulted with large private equity groups when considering investments in the security space.
