In 2004, as a result of our expertise and reputation in managing the sale of contract security companies, we were contacted by several of the international multi-service security companies asking us to extend our expertise to the security systems integration and central station alarm companies. This division of our firm has become a positive and active addition. We will continue our involvement in this sector as security “convergence” continues to be a major objective of the international multi-service companies and private investment groups.
